We want you to be completely satisfied with your LeMieux performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like horse bits and base layers must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
